Golden Milk Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass, half filled with ice, fill the rest of glass with water

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (optional)

  • 1 stick pack of Golden Milk from Signe’s Spices

Directions:

Puree and serve!

Notes:

This is such a refreshing flavor. Be sure and read all the great qualities that ginger and turmeric provide you, and why this is a well-known flavor combo in other parts of the world!

Alternative Recipe:

Add 1 cup of almond or coconut milk in a blender with ginger and packet of Golden Milk. Blend and serve over ice, or heat up for a delicious treat!
