Greek Asian Dressing

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup olive oil

  • ½ cup rice vinegar

  • 2 T sesame oil

  • 2 T soy sauce

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled

  • 1 stick pack of Greek Isle from Signe’s Spices

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except the Greek Isle packet to a high-powered blender and purée until smooth. (No high-powered blender? Simply mince the ginger finely before combining.)

  2. Add the Greek Isle packet and blend briefly to incorporate.

  3. Transfer to a glass jar with a lid and refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes:

This dressing can be made ahead and stored in the fridge — perfect for busy weeks!
