Greek Asian Dressing
Ingredients:
½ cup olive oil
½ cup rice vinegar
2 T sesame oil
2 T soy sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
1 stick pack of Greek Isle from Signe’s Spices
Directions
Add all ingredients except the Greek Isle packet to a high-powered blender and purée until smooth. (No high-powered blender? Simply mince the ginger finely before combining.)
Add the Greek Isle packet and blend briefly to incorporate.
Transfer to a glass jar with a lid and refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes:
This dressing can be made ahead and stored in the fridge — perfect for busy weeks!
