Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. ice, filled the rest of the way with water

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1 pack of Autumn Pumpkin spice from Signe’s Spices

  • ½ c. frozen pumpkin

Directions:

  1. Puree and serve! It’s like a pumpkin pie in a glass!!!

To be prepared, open a can of pumpkin puree. Divide into ¼-cup portions, and freeze. I usually freeze in silicon cupcake holders, then throw in a bag in the freezer. I add 2 (so, ½ cup total) of the pumpkin frozen to the mix, and it makes a sumptuous pumpkin pie smoothie!
